The Location - Unit 11 Bay Village is centrally located in Shoal Bay which means our guests are ideally placed for the towns vibrant and lively atmosphere. The unit is positioned just metres back from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach and literally just above an array of convenient shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from. With clear turquoise waters and white sands it is in a desired waterfront area and is the perfect holiday getaway. Right on your door step you are spoilt with the energetic atmosphere of Shoal Bay, a pristine beach offering great swimming and a chance to unwind and for the more adventurous, there are kayaks, stand up paddle boards (open everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter) and bicycles for hire. There are secluded walking tracks through Tomaree National Park and spectacular views from the Summit of Tomaree Mountain, plus a selection of other surf beaches. Just a 5 minute drive (3 km) in the opposite direction brings you to Nelson Bay.
The Unit - This first floor unit is positioned in the middle of the Bay Village Complex and offering excellent water views across the bay and delivers the right combination of convenience and style to appeal . Fully refurbished with a host of cosmetic updates including stunning tiles throughout. The open plan living area offers a split system air conditioning unit, ceiling fans, flat screen TV in the lounge area, dining setting and a well equipped kitchen including a microwave, oven and fridge/freezer. Other features include a single allocated car space in the communal lock-up garage below the Bay Village Building and use of the shared laundry which is on the same level as the unit with coin operated washing machine and dryer.
