The Location - This Bay Village unit is centrally located which means our guests are ideally placed for the towns vibrant and lively atmosphere. The unit is positioned just metres back from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach and literally just above an array of convenient shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from. With clear turquoise waters and white sands it is in a desired waterfront area and is the perfect holiday getaway. Right on your door step you are spoilt with the energetic atmosphere of Shoal Bay, pristine beach offering great swimming and a chance to unwind and for the more adventurous type there are kayaks, stand up paddle boards (open everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter) and bicycles for hire. There are secluded walking tracks through Tomaree National Park and spectacular views from the top of Tomaree Mountain, plus a selection of other surf beaches. Just a 5 minute drive (3 km) in the opposite direction brings you to Nelson Bay.
The Unit - A two bedroom self-contained unit providing guests with an affordable holiday destination conveniently and centrally located right opposite Shoal Bay Beach. This pleasantly furnished unit has been tastefully decorated with a lovely living area compiling of lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge area hosts a large Flat screen TV and DVD player plus a ceiling fan, flowing out to a cosy balcony offering an outdoor setting and fantastic Bay views. The kitchen comes fully equipped providing guests with the option to either cook in the unit or dine out at one of the many restaurants and cafes that line the foreshore and includes an upright stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespri coffee machine (BYO pods) and plenty of bench space. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables and built-in robe with the second bedroom offering a tri-bunk bed, side table and wardrobe. The modern bathroom includes a standard size bath, glass shower, vanity and toilet.The unit is finished with charming tiled floors, carpeted bedrooms and plantation shutters dressing the windows.
Other features include a single allocated car space in the communal lock-up garage below the Bay Village Building and use of the shared laundry with coin operated washing machine and dryer.
