The Location - Albacore is located at the quieter Western end of the pristine blue waters Shoal Bay Beach. You have direct beach access across the grass to Shoal Bay Beach less than 100m away and just 1km to the family friendly Little Beach which offers shaded grassed BBQ areas, a play ground, take away, restaurant, boat ramp and trailer parking. Shoal Bay boutique shops, restaurants and cafes are a short 2.2km drive. Take a hike up the famous Tomaree Mountain which offers magnificent views from the summit. Nelson Bay is only 2.3km away and offers many more restaurants, cafes ,shops and aquatic activities at the marina including the very popular Dolphin and Whale Watch Cruises (Whale cruises are between mid May to November).
