Nelson Bay CBD is only 600m away with plenty of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and D'Albora Marina offering more restaurant, shops and a choice of aquatic activities including daily dolphin cruises. Nelson Bay golf course is a short 800m away, a 27 hole championship golf course on the skirt of the Tomaree National Park, with native trees and flora. It is home to an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and native birds. A fantastic scenic lookout is about 1.5m from the duplex, Gan Gan lookout is accessed either by car or foot, it is one of the highest points in the area and offers breathtaking views of the bay, the dramatic Yacabba and Tomaree headlands, the spectacular Tomaree National Park and the towering Stockton Bight sand dunes.
