Five bedroom, two bathroom home. Accommodates 12 (bedroom one:king bed, bedroom two: bunk beds, bedroom three: tri bunk, bedroom four: two king single beds, bedroom five: tri bunk). This lovely double story house (no internal access) is located in a quiet, tranquil setting close to National Park and beaches.
The Location - Nature Beach Break is situated in a quiet area right next to the unspoiled Tomaree National Park. If you love peace, beauty and the wilderness then this is the property for you. There are fantastic walking trails (less than 100m from the house) that leads to the most secluded beach in the area 'Wreck Beach' just 700m away and other trails leading to Zenith and Box Beach and Fingal Spit (please note that these beaches are surf beaches and are not patrolled and caution must be taken when crossing the spit at low tide). Although situated just out of town, guests can still enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Shoal Bay (800m away) with its family friendly beach, boutique shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Here you can hire bikes for one of the many cycle tracks or kayaks and paddle boards (open during high season of school holidays and Easter). If your feeling adventurous then the hike to the summit of Tomaree Mountain is well worth the trip with breathtaking views over the Port Stephens area.
The House - The upstairs level is light and airy. Entrance is from the external stairs from the side of the house and leads up to the large covered balcony. The balcony offers an outdoor setting and a gas BBQ perfect for those warm nights of entertaining. The modern open plan living flows from the balcony and has an LCD TV with a built-in DVD player, comfortable lounge setting and air conditioning. A dining setting sits perfectly in the fully equipped kitchen (with a full fridge, oven and cook top, dishwasher and microwave). The main bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and wardrobe, the second bedroom offers a set of single bunks, wardrobe and a private balcony overlooking the backyard. The third bedroom offers a tri bunk and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a shower, vanity,toilet and washing machine.
The downstairs entrance is at the front of the house. This level is also modern in furnishings and colorfully decorated, it offers white floor tiles throughout and air conditioning. The open plan living overlooks the back yard which has a private bushland outlook accessed through glass sliding doors to a patio area with a BBQ. The lounge boasts an LCD TV with built-in DVD player, the dining set fits nicely in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a wide functional oven. There are two bedrooms on the lower level. The main bedroom is made up of two king singles (which can be joined together) and a wardrobe and the second bedroom has a tri bunk, wardrobe and access to the backyard. The functional modern bathroom/laundry is complete with shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine and laundry sink.
The front and back of the house is fully fenced and secure and has plenty of trees to attract the native birds. There is parking under the carport and in the driveway for guests convenience.
Please not there is no internal access between the upper and lower levels.
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.
