Take a scenic stroll around the headland with picnic tables along the way or in the other direction along the beach to Bannisters Resort where you have a choice of three restaurants including the famous Rick Stein Restaurant or across the road to Soldiers Point Bowling Club which offers bistro meals with childrens playground, roll-up bowls and entertainment. Horizons Golf course is approximately 3.2km from the duplex for guests who want to challenge themselves on the championship course or moor your vessel at the award winning Soldiers Point Marina, just 2.5km from the property. The township of Nelson Bay is approx 7.5km away.

This first floor duplex offers a tiled and air conditioned open plan living area, with views from almost every angle. The large living room offers a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with access to Netflix (own account required) and Wi-Fi, a large glass door opens our fully to give access to one of the waterfront balconies which includes an outdoor setting. The dining area adjacent has sliding glass door access to the second covered waterfront balcony. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances including family size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wall oven, glass stove top, granite bench-tops including a breakfast bar.
The spacious well appointed master bedroom with high ceilings offer a king size bed, built-in robes, access to the entrance balcony and a private ensuite bathroom with walk-in glass shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, built in wardrobe, with the third bedroom offering two sets of bunk beds and built-in robe. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity with the toilet separate.
