The Location - This holiday home is situated in a secluded residential cul de sac. The house is metres to the bushland of 'Stoney Ridge Reserve' with its many pretty walking tacks and wildlife. Wanda Beach and George Reserve is a short 400m walk along a path at the edge of the bushland. Wanda Beach delivers lovely sunrises and has calm waters for safe swimming for the little ones. Soldiers Point is definitely for those who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday, it is almost entirely surrounded by the Port making it a popular location for fishing and boating. Soldiers Point Marina (2.2km away) offers state-of-the-art mooring facilities and two fine dining restaurants plus cafes.The exclusive Rick Stein Restaurant at the Bannisters Resort is just 700m away and opposite Bannisters is the Soliders Point Bowling Club which offers more affordable meals. Old Salamander shops is only 1.5km away and for more selection visit the Salamander Shopping Centre which is just 6km away and the popular township of Nelson Bay is 10km from the house.
