This open-plan townhouse has a comfy living room with enough seating for everyone and a flat-screen TV. It also leads to a private courtyard or alfresco area with tables and chairs. It’s perfectly fenced with wooden floorboards so young children can play safely as the adults relax in the nearby living room. It’s also an excellent place for a some outdoor fun for a gathering with family for a BBQ.

The townhouse also has a fully equipped kitchen and a Breville coffee machine; simply bring your coffee beans and blend your coffee according to your liking. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and access to a private balcony, making it ideal for some quiet time. It has a ceiling fan, a built-in robe, and a study desk.

Bedroom 3 also has a Queen bed with a ceiling fan and built-in robe. It has interior shutters to let natural light into the room.

Bedroom 4 has a Tribunk with 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds. It has a ceiling fan for cool ventilation and a built-in robe.

To reach the stunning beach, you must go through Laidler Walk, a 9-minute walk between Magnus Street and Victoria Parade.

You shouldn't miss the D'Albora Marina when you're in Nelson Bay. You can access it from the Lagoon Estate through Magnus Street, around 1.4km away. This luxurious resort offers whale watching and dolphin cruises, scuba diving tours, boat or a jet ski rentals, family lunch cruises, and more. Drive down 3.5km to reach Shoal Bay, where you can have a beach picnic and enjoy the pristine waters and fine sands.
