The Location - The beautiful home on Redesdale Street has a gorgeous outlook on the large back deck and is approximately 400m away from Caswell Reserve Park waterfront (perfect for kids to play and swim) and the Tilligerry Habitat and furry-friendly beach, Billy Beach Off-Lead Dog area. Those who are nature lovers will certainly be thrilled with this area.

The house is a fisherman’s dream, especially in marlin season, with Lemon Tree Passage boat ramp (an easy ramp for boats of all sizes) just 3.9km away, and 24-hour petrol just 14km drive away, at Salt Ash. There's plenty of room to park the boat, too.

It's also not too far away from the fine dining experience that is The Poyer's. Located 6 mins away in Lemon Tree Passage, it's “A Hidden Paradise” on the water. The Poyer’s is a family owned and operated business that focuses on fresh food and creating a social and relaxed dining experience for locals and visitors. Diners can order breakfast and lunch Wednesday through Sunday and dinner Friday and Saturday.

The House - Our two-storey home could be your next holiday destination supporting your furry friends, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, split air conditioning and a wi-fi connection to post all the marvellous photos of your holiday. On the upper level, we have an open plan living, kitchen and dining room. The lounge room has a flat screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, a ceiling fan and split air conditioning. This kitchen includes an island table for those times you'd like to cuddle around with the family and have a cuppa. It's fully equipped with quality appliances such as a microwave, an oven and a fridge/freezer, and ample cupboard space. The dining space leads onto the covered deck area that features an alfresco dining set, perfect for entertaining. On our multiple decks, enjoy the view of our spacious fenced backyard overlooking Spear Point, perfect for the whole family.

The first and second bedroom has one queen bed each offering a spacious amount of room. The third room has a single bed and a trundle tucked away. All our bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep those hot summer nights at bay. There is also a sofa bed in the rumpus room that can fit two more people, accommodating up to 8. There are two bathrooms, one on each level, with a shower, toilet and vanity. Quiet off street parking is provided for guests parking and can accommodate two vehicles including a large boat.

Smoke alarms are at this property. Linens are supplied with all beds in this property (including the trundle and sofa bed). Bed makes are included (except for trundle and sofa bed).
