The Apartment - At the front of the complex, on the top floor is the beautifully appointed and newly renovated Seashells on Magnus Street. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lift access and filtered water views from the balcony, this stylish unit will surely become your home away from home.
Walking through the door, guests are greeted with the gentle sea breeze flowing throughout the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Luxurious leather seating faces towards both the flat-screen Smart television and the balcony views, with a split air-conditioning system just behind the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full fridge and freezer combination, oven, stove, microwave, cooktop, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, pantry and all the basic dishes, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware you need. Right near the kitchen is the internal laundry consisting of both a washer and dryer.
To the left of the open plan living areas, you will find the bedrooms all fitted with bedside tables and lamps, wardrobes, mirrors, split air-conditioning systems and balconies. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite, the second with another queen and the third is fitted with two single beds.
