The beach boasts great swimming and you can hire kayaks and stand up paddle boards (open everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter), and just a 150m stroll along the foreshore brings you to a delicious array of places to eat and drink, plus a selection of shops. At the eastern end of the bay, 600m from your apartment, is magnificent Tomaree National Park which offers spectacular views of the stunning Port Stephens coastline from its summit. There are also plenty of walking and bike tracks on offer, and just a 5-minute drive will take you to Nelson Bay.

Situated at the front of the complex, you're treated to picture perfect views over the Shoal Bay Foreshore, with endless vistas, beautiful serenity and a sparkling blue bay with a sandy beach right across the road. With water views from every room, there is an open plan living area with flat screen TV (not shown in images) and a DVD player, plus a dining area and a kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave and a full fridge. The living area leads out to the cosy undercover balcony with a table and chairs that overlooks the beach and ocean. The main bedroom has a queen bed and panoramic water views from both windows, while the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a glass shower and toilet.

There is a shared laundry in the complex with a coin-operated washing machine, leading out to a communal grassed area and clothesline, and undercover carport parking is available for one vehicle.
