The beach has a surf school and stand up paddle board hire, and you can walk the entire stretch of sand up to the famous Fingal Spit. The leafy beachfront reserve is home to a great kids playground, the surf club, a restaurant, cafe and a popular, scenic walking or bike path. Bring your running shoes and give Fingal Bay parkrun a try on a Saturday morning, or cycle to the end of the path and onto Shoal Bay (4km), where you can climb Tomaree Mountain for magnificent views of the coastline, or continue into Nelson Bay (6km).
You're also just 400m from the local, well-stocked corner store (complete with delicatessen), cafe, restaurant, bottle shop and takeaway. Nearby, Fingal Bay Tennis club (1km) has courts for hire and the licensed Fingal Bay Sports Club (1.7km) offers lawn bowls.

The duplex has an iconic beach vibe and commands spectacular views overlooking the pristine waters of Fingal Beach from the front balcony. The main living area is on the top level with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that leads out via glass doors and concertina insect screens to the balcony with sun loungers, seating and a gas BBQ.
Inside, the living room has a big screen TV connected to Foxtel, Stan, Netflix, Bluetooth music system and WIFI, and the spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, double door fridge/freezer, oven, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer and numerous appliances for those keen to cook. This level also has a guest powder room and the master bedroom.
On the ground floor, you will find a second living area with a TV connected to Stan and Netflix, plus a ceiling fan and a rear balcony with an outdoor table and a sun lounge. From this balcony you can access the grassy backyard which has a clothesline and outdoor shower. There are also 3 bedrooms, the main bathroom, and a full laundry which also has a second fridge.
