This affordable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property offers single level living, though has a steep driveway for access. It has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and cooktop, plus a comfortable living room with a TV and DVD player and a dining room that seats 8 guests. Outside, you'll find an entertaining area with a gas BBQ, a table for alfresco dining, and a large fenced yard with leafy garden beds.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which each have a queen bed and either a tall chest of drawers or built-in robe. One also has an ensuite with shower and toilet. The fourth bedroom is perfect for children with a bunk bed. The main bathroom has a tub, shower and toilet, and the laundry offers a washing machine and dryer.
Undercover parking is available in the carport.
