Port Stephens is located just 2.5 hours North of Sydney, 1 hour North of Newcastle and a short flight from Melbourne, Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Port Stephens is home to three bowling clubs; Nelson Bay, Soldiers Point and Fingal Bay. All three clubs offer weekly bowls, social bowls and a number of tournaments throughout the year (and they also all have excellent bistro’s for lunch or dinner).

When you are in Port Stephens make sure you allow some time to check out the area… catch the ferry across to Tea Gardens for lunch, visit Nelson Head Lighthouse and tea rooms, join a 4WD tour of the Stockton Bight Sand Dunes, visit the Port Stephens Community Arts Centre, join a dolphin watch cruise, do a little boutique shopping and sample some local produce at some of the local cafes and restaurants.
